Have you ever resized an image to a tiny size so that you could use it in a picture
or to put on a Calling Card, just to find out it was deformed or blurry?
My Wee-Pets are made tiny for just this reason.
And when saved as a tube, their sizes will vary.

Teddy Bears come in all shapes and sizes. This is just one of my Wee-Pets Collection.

Start with a new image; 100X85, transparent, 16 million color. You will need to
use the Zoom to enlarge it so that you can work properly. I usually zoom to 800%
or 1000% to give me a good working area.

Use your Paint Brush; size 1, shape square.

NOTE: Your bear can be any color you can imagine, just remember to outline him in
a darker color than you will use for the fill.

For this tutorial, I will be outlining in black and will be Flood Filling him with #b69e71,
but you can use any color you choose.

Now, start to make your outline using the sample below.

After you get him all outlined, SAVE now. I save as a .psp file and then duplicate
(SHIFT + D). This way, I have a main copy that I can use at a
later time to make more if needed.

Using the Magic Wand, click inside the body area and Flood Fill with #b69e71.
Go to Selections/Float.
Then go to Effects/3D Effect/Cutout; Vertical & Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 3,
color #6a5f46. Repeat Cutout changing the Vertical & Horizontal to -2 (minus 2).
Selections/None.

Using the Magic Wand, click inside the one of the arms. Hold down the SHIFT key
and click in the other arm and the legs, and Flood Fill with #b69e71.
Go to Selections/Float. Then go to Effects/3D Effect/Cutout;
Vertical & Horizontal 2, Opacity 50, Blur 3, color #6a5f46. Repeat Cutout changing the
Vertical & Horizontal to -2 (minus 2). Selections/None.

Using the Magic Wand, click inside the one of the ears. Hold down the SHIFT key
and click in the other ear and the head, and Flood Fill with #b69e71.
Go to Selections/Float. Then go to Effects/3D Effect/Cutout; Vertical & Horizontal 2,
Opacity 50, Blur 3, color #6a5f46. Repeat Cutout changing the
Vertical & Horizontal to -2 (minus 2). Selections/None.

NOSE: Using the Magic Wand, click inside the nose.
Flood Fill with Black (#000000). Selections/None.

That's all there is.

I hope that you enjoyed this tutorial.
