I was honoured to have been asked to complete one of the roundles for Sabrina de la Bere's Laurelling mantle.
I was given the shoe which I did in satin stitch and outlined it with stem stitching.
I did not need to do the background, as this would be left plain. And the outline would
be completed after being appliqued to the mantle.
