Lesson 15 part 4
Ribbon Border

For this page, I used narrow ribbon stripds of gradients to co-ordinate
colours to match my main background and text. This is a bit more trickier
than the Triple Border, as you have multiple tables to work with. Plus I am
to add buttons and links.

I kept the Dog button. from the Triple Border lesson,for my link.
