Animated Cheerleader
Part 2



Now we are going to animater your Cheerleader.
Open your PSP Animation Shop.

#1 -- Go to the top left and click on the Animation Wizard



#2 -- Now you will follow each step as shown in the Animation Shop windows. I will enclude the screen shots for each step.

Make sure you have "Same size as first image frame" TICKED. Then click Next.



#3 -- TICK "Transparent". Then click Next.



#4 -- Make sure you have "Centered in the frame" and "With the canvas color" TICKED. Then click Next.



#5 -- This will set the SPEED of your animation. You can always change this, but for now we will use 30. Make sure you have "Yes, repeat the animation indefinitely" TICKED. Set the speed to 30. Then click Next.



#6 -- Here you will click "Add images" FIRST. A pop-up window with appear and then you can locate the folder where you stored your images. Holding down the SHIFT key, click on the .psp images then click okay. Make sure that your images are in order, or the Cheerleader will move out of sinc. Then click Next.



#7 -- This is your last window, click FINISH



#8 -- You will get a "film strip" of all your images.



#9 -- Go to the TOP and click on VIEW then ANIMATION. Then you will be able to see your Cheerleader move.



#10 -- If you are happy with the speed, then go to FILE/SAVE AS and save as a .gif file. Just click NEXT on the few windows and VIOLA! You now have your Cheerleader jumping in time with her cheering.



NOTE: -- If you want to change the speed faster or slower, follow these simple steps BEFORE you save as a .gif.



A. -- Go to the TOP and click on EDIT, then scroll down to Select All.



B. -- Now all your frames will be outlined in BLUE.



C. -- Right click on any frame and scroll down to Frame Properties.



D. -- A window will pop up showing the speed that you originall had. You can change this higher, or lower. Remember that the lower the number, the faster the speed. The higher the number, the slower the speed. Click OKAY and then VIEW your image again.



E. -- When you are finally happy with the speed, then SAVE as a .gif file.
